Stephen Allphin Owner

Stephen is the President of Concrete in Disguise, LLC. He started the business in 2009 after spending 20 years in the IT field as a computer programmer and a project manager. He never enjoyed “driving a desk” for a living and got interested in concrete countertops after a failed attempt at making his own. Justin Sorensen Operations Manager

Justin has been working at Concrete in Disguise since August of 2014 and is our Operations Manager. He graduated with a BBA in Finance from the University of North Texas in 2018.  In his free time he enjoys working out and bodybuilding, learning about cars, and spending time with his friends, girlfriend, and dog.

Alex Quintana

Alex has been working at Concrete in Disguise since August of 2014. He graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from Texas Women's University in December of 2018 and will now pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. For fun he enjoys participating in all aspects of fitness (weights, running, sports etc.), detailing cars and hanging out with friends and family.

Chance Mason

Chance has been with working at Concrete in Disguise since January of 2017. Chance is a very dedicated, loyal worker who is always willing to help when we need something taken care of. He is also our “think outside the box” guy. He always has ideas and we encourage him to experiment. Many of his ideas have become part of our day to day process. In his free time Chance enjoys woodworking, writing, and spending time with his fiancee.

Joey Dye

Joey has been working at Concrete in Disguise since August of 2018. He is a very dependable worker and a great problem solver. No matter the task you can count on Joey to get it done. In his free time Joey enjoys hanging out with friends, working out, and dancing.

Parker Essary

Parker has been working at Concrete in Disguise since September of 2018. He recently graduated high school and is currently taking classes at North Central Texas College. In his free time Parker enjoys hanging out with his friends, and working on various motor vehicle projects with his dad.
